Steve has been a Bastrop resident for 14 years and serves as the Production Manager and Laboratory Director for Aqua Water Supply, where he oversees conservation, emergency response, and preventative maintenance of our community's water. Previously, Steve was an environmental consultant with Garrett & Associates in Dallas. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Texas Tech University and is an active member of the American Chemical Society, the American Waterworks Association and the Water Environmental Federation. Steve’s commitment to providing the community clean water extends to healthy lives and good nutrition and, therein, service at the Food Pantry. Steve and his family are active volunteers in the Food Pantry. Steve additionally serves as Board Liaison.
