I am a periodontist by profession. I practice in Texas and in Michigan. I love what I do and I also love to cook. Cooking is my art form. My foremost goal is to have fun with flavors and really enjoy the food. It just so happens that my food is part of a healthy lifestyle.
Recently, I shared my art form to support the Empty Bowl Project for the Bastrop County Emergency Food Pantry. Now I have decided to work with them on a regular basis. I am opening up a cooking school/pop supper club to raise funds for our local food bank. The goal is to support our community while having fun at the same time. I just want to have fun cooking with love and spices as I am sure my mother and grandmother would want me to.
